Some of you may or may not be aware that the 2007 Pirates trip away is going to Thailand!!!!

At this stage, we are looking to leave on the Friday after presentation night, which at this stage will be the 24th of August(???) and return on the Sunday 2nd of September. (This will likely result in taking Monday off work too...) This will be confirmed soon.

We are hoping to get to a Full Moon party in Thailand too... For anyone that doesn't know anything about them, go to http://fullmoonparty-thailand.com.

For those of you that are interested, you will be expected to put down a $200- deposit (Give money to Hamish, preferably by eftpos) the last weekend in May.

We are expecting the trip to cost about $1300.00 each, plus spending money. This will include airfares, accommodation and maybe some meals. This will all be confirmed, when we sort out numbers, and what deals we can get.

Every Thursday and Friday night, we will be doing raffles at Finnians in which all proceeds will go towards the trip away. Everyone who is going on this trip, is expected to be involved in the fundraising. We will have a roster organised (see Attachment), but really, everyone should try to make the effort to be there at least one night a week to support one of our Major sponsors. It's essential that these raffles are done to minimise the trips cost as much as possible for everyone. This will be a great way to top off what is shaping up to be a fantastic season, and it would be great to see as many people on this trip as possible!
